Late December happenings

I haven't written in a while, but that's because there's not a whole lot going on in Monicaland at the moment.

My tooth healed nicely — well, my tooth extraction, that is. After it healed and I looked at it, I realized that the implant is visible in my gums, which is pretty cool. I'm shocked at how much seeing that little piece of metal helps my mental health.

I've not cried one single time since it was removed. I can see that little piece of metal, which means it's going to be fixed soon. 

My next appointment with the oral surgeon is at the end of March. Until then, I have to shut up and heal. Both of those things are more difficult than you might imagine.
